Recently establishing ourselves in our brand-new city centre offices, we are currently undergoing a period of rapid growth following significant investment and are on the lookout for a number of individuals to support us on the new phase of our journey.

Our already successful sales team is looking to recruit further Business Development specialists who can demonstrate the drive and commitment to remain resilient while under pressure.

As an ambassador for the business, you will proactively contact companies from a wide range of industries to discuss their recruitment and HR requirements, proactively promoting Blue Octopus as a truly cost-effective alternative to the traditional agency model.

Recruitment industry or Software as a Service (SaaS) experience would be beneficial but is not essential as full-service training will be provided through a structured and supportive training programme.

Experience in solution sales as opposed to product sales would be ideal, however applications will be considered from candidates with a product sales background who can demonstrate the attitude and desire to flourish in this challenging but rewarding role.
