An exciting opportunity has arisen for an IT Support Advisor to join our Help Desk Team in Computing and Library Services which delivers a face to face enquiry service.
We are seeking a friendly, enthusiastic and customer focussed individual to join this busy section of the Customer Services Department. You will have experience of working in a pressurised IT service environment and providing a high-quality customer experience. You should have a minimum of 5 GCSEs at Grade C or above including English and Mathematics (or equivalent qualification), and you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, Windows 10 and iOS operating systems, and a range of IT hardware is required, including the ability to provide basic advice and support on these products is required.
