IFA Administrator

Location: Poole

Salary: to GBP25k doe, Free parking

This is a brilliant opportunity to work in an award-winning entrepreneurial business which is a successful, independently owned financial planning firm, delivering a very different kind of service to their customers.

Nearly all their work is from referrals or existing clients and is very relationship biased. Their whole ethos is around long-term relationships, with all members of the team interacting with their customers.

Working in a close-knit admin team who are very client focused, you will be providing support and admin services to a team of advisers. The offices are modern, light and airy with free parking. You will play a pivotal part in the "client journey"

The successful candidate will have: -

* Excellent attention to detail

* Be customer focused

* Have min 2-3 years IFA Admin experience

* Have good IT/Computer skills (Inc MS Word & Excel)

* Working knowledge of financial back office systems, use of Intelliflo an advantage

* Have a proactive approach

* Be an excellent communicator

* Be detail orientated

* Excellent verbal and written communicator

* Superb grammar and punctuation

* Strong ability to build rapport and relationships both internally and externally

* Excellent knowledge of IFA terminology, platforms and products

* Ability to follow workflows and process maps

The role is varied and will require a degree of flexibility and adaptability as you may be asked to "muck in" and help with various duties as and when required.

This role would suit someone who is open to working within a smaller business which has processes but that isn't rigid in their approach. You do need to be able to think for yourself. As the clients visit the office a lot of the time you also need to look smart and professional - no facial piercings or tattoos thanks!
