Maintenance Surveyor (Reactive)
Are you an experienced Maintenance Surveyor looking for a role that offers autonomy, flexible & agile working and a generous benefit package?
If so, Alliance Employment have a permanent Maintenance Surveyor opportunity with a Housing Association that's between 30-40 minutes commute from Bristol, South Gloucestershire or North Somerset.
Taking the lead on cyclical maintenance and responsive repair work, this role will see you using your expertise to ensure the effective resolution for any issues that arise within properties in your coverage area, helping to ensure tenants are living in safe and comfortable accommodation.
You'll be helping to identify and offer solutions for necessary repairs and improvements, ensuring all properties meet WHQS (Welsh Housing Quality Standards) and HHSRS compliance standards and that works, and resources are managed effectively following property inspections.
Once issues have been identified and rectified, the Maintenance Surveyor will take the lead on implementing a programme of cyclical maintenance work, ensuring appropriate programmes are put in place to minimise reactive works in the future.
With the opportunity to work remotely and with a flexible working scheme, you'll benefit from scheduling your commute around rush hour traffic.
Your future employer truly works to ensure you will have a positive work life balance, so if you feel overworked or underappreciated, this may be just the role for you.
Furthermore, you will be given the autonomy to manage your own schedule and will be offered an unrivalled pension scheme, which will see your employer contribute up to 18%.
