I am currently recruiting for several Key Account Managers for my client based in the M40 area of Manchester who are currently expanding within their service team.
They are looking for individuals who have proven experience in customer service , client contract delivery and developing key accounts.
We are looking for organised, loyal and hardworking candidates who works well as a team whilst also being able to work on their own initiative without guidance.
You should be confident in communication, bright, sociable, tech-savvy and driven.
The role requires strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent customer service skills.
Good judgement and analytical ability are essential when dealing with escalated queries and negotiating outcomes to customer inquiries and concerns.
This role requires a motivated individual who can adapt easily to managing various tasks and requirements, although full training will be given in all aspects of the duties below:
?? Manages following Key Clients-
?? Spreadsheets sent weekly direct to client
?? Ensure all KPI's are met with C/O's & service, daily liaise with Site, decide comp visits, price invoices, monthly meetings, 4 spreadsheets weekly, KPI spreadsheet monthly.
?? Manage engineers and dispatch to calls and pre planned services.
?? Arrange all service visits, paperwork, price.
?? Assist engineers on a daily tasks
?? Plan work in for engineers for key clients from review meetings.
?? Log call outs
?? Take customer queries
?? Assist SDM with anything that is needed
