We have an exciting opportunity to join one of the South West's leading employers as an Electrical Technician based at our Tolgus Depot in Redruth.
[b]What will you be doing?[/b]
The Electrical Technician will carry out planned work as derived from both Lean / Reliability Centred Maintenance and maintenance scheduled activities on operational assets. You will provide services of the required quality and quantity, in a sustainable manner that meets the required internal and external customer service standards, whilst protecting the environment.
You will carry out repair and maintenance for water and sewage treatment works, process control and electrical systems; diagnosing faults on all aspects of asset control and automation. You will compile and update any site engineering documentation which enables Operational staff to carry out support and maintenance of the works systems.
The ability to plan, prioritise and carry out works to the satisfaction of the planned maintenance delivery system, Planned Maintenance Coordinator and the operations team is essential.

*Experience of working within a maintenance environment
*Experience of working with Programmable logic Controllers to include management and programming*City and Guilds, BTEC, ONC, HNC or HND in Electrical maintenance or similar*Compliant with current IEE Regs 18th Edition*City & Guilds Inspect and Test 2391-10*Experience with VSD's Variable Speed Drives, soft starts and motor control systems*Understanding of Wiring Diagrams*Good working knowledge of Low Voltage systems (working with 415vac down to 24vac and dc control and indication)*Full driving licence and willingness to travel across our operational area
