We are a local charity based in in Camberley and have been established for over 40 years. Due to internal promotion, we now have an opportunity available for an experienced Part time Receptionist/Administrator to join our existing team.

This role is to start ASAP with the working hours of Monday-Friday 8am-1.30pm paying GBP9p/h plus holiday accrual, free on-site parking and other benefits.

We are a local charitable organisation that are funded partly by grants but mainly by donations which enables us to provide on-site day care facilities to our clients.

As the Part Time Receptionist, you will provide a high quality, professional reception service to clients, staff and visitors.

As part of the Reception team your main duties will include as listed below:

Checking voice mail, daily- relaying all messages to relevant personnel.
Answer all calls in a professional and polite manner and passing the call onto the relevant member of staff or taking messages.
Meet and greet all visitors and clients.
Signing visitors and clients in and out of the building.
Announce arrival of visitors to relevant person/member of staff.
Log visitor parking.
Keep reception area clean and tidy at all times.
Manage the clients confectionery and keep stock level up to date.
Take lunch orders and payments from clients each day, recording details on appropriate forms and ordering through the orders to our suppliers.
Maintain petty cash records for lunch monies and reconcile on a daily/weekly basis - transferring excess to Financial Controller when required.
Maintain client computer-based attendance log on a daily basis.
Reconcile computer-based attendance log with paper based records on a monthly basis before submitting to Financial Controller for invoicing purposes.
Data input commensurate with the post as requested.
To be considered for the Part time Receptionist/Administrator position, you will have worked within a similar role previously of Reception or Administration and have experience dealing with the general public as well as employees. You will be numerate and possess excellent communications skills. You will be able to multi task, work well under pressure and have a flexible approach towards your work. The role will involve a mixture of reception and administration tasks so you will need to have good PC skills with Word, Excel and Outlook.

Ideally you will be available to start ASAP on a Temp to Perm basis.
