About the Company

• 2Seck Recruitment Ltd are working with an established Building Contractor with a turnover of over GBP15 million per annum.
• They are looking to recruit a talented Estimator to join their team near Bromley and work on projects in and around London.
• Project values are typically between GBP1/2 million - GBP4 million, mainly refurbishment works.
• The company are involved in a variety of projects including Offices, Churches, Hotels, Hospitals and Schools.

About the Role

• Your role will be estimating and tendering on projects in the Built environment.
• You will analyse proposals, specifications, drawings, samples and related documents, identify requirements and prepare appropriate tenders.
• You will offer technical and commercial support on projects
• Your role will be a mixture of office and site based where required.

About You

• You will be comfortable to work as a stand-alone Estimator, who has demonstrated a stable career and looking to drive exceptional levels of profit.
• You might be an Assistant Estimator ready to take on great responsibility.
• They will support your career development through mentoring, training and further academic training (training budget available)
• Ideally a Relevant Qualification in Construction (HND, BSc etc)

What's on offer

On offer for this Estimator position;

• Basic salary in the region of GBP35,000 - GBP40,000 circa p.a. DOE
• Pension
• 25 Holidays per annum plus Bank Holidays
