Category & Contracts Administrator 12 month FTC

In this role you will be operating and supporting the development of the Third Party Categorisation process for the businesses existing supply chain.

The roles and resposibilities of this position will be

Work with the team to ensure all risk areas are engaged and incorporated, risk reviews are completed on time and delays are chased and escalated.

Whilst operating the 3GRC tool to send pre-defined risk based assessments to business owners and suppliers alike whilst engaging with stakeholders and the wider business when process has not been followed.

Reporting exceptions and issues to Third Party Risk Governance Manager whilst tackling day-to-day concerns and queries and validating supplier details and log evidence of engagement for audit trails.

Ensure anti-fraud controls are fully adhered to.

Ensure our suppliers are managed and re-engaged in-line with their requirements with the responsibility to review financial controls

Work with category managers and suppliers to ensure the business remains protected from any identified risk exposures encountered and work with the Contract Database Systems Administrator.

The ideal candidate for this role will be -

Customer focused with the ability to build internal and external relationships at all levels, with confidence at communicating and influencing across all levels of the organisation.

Have excellent numeracy and analytical skills, with the skills to be a logical thinker who can overcome problems before they become issues, and is someone who is proactive and always thinking ahead, with an eye for detail.

Experience of working in an administrator capacity is a must
