Our London Business Support team is seeking a Document and Office Services Assistant to provide administrative support alongside other Administrative Assistants within the team, Legal Secretaries and Document Services team on a daily basis. This is a full time permanent position Monday-Friday 09.30am - 6:00pm

What you'll do

Dealing with enquiries from internal clients, colleagues and third parties and providing effective transfer of information
Administrative and document services work including, but not limited to, scanning, copying, printing, filing/archiving and ad-hoc project work
Assisting with post services
Facilities, including security aspects, health and safety, internal moves and office fault finding
Working to continuously develop effective ways of working within the team

What we are looking for

Good written and verbal communication skills are essential
Basic IT skills (Microsoft Word, Outlook)
You will be highly organised, with good time management and be able to prioritise effectively
Able to follow instructions from different media (e.g. verbal, workflow tasks, email, etc)
Ability to work under pressure with little supervision
You will have excellent attention to detail

Further training will be provided to enable progression and enhancement of IT and admin skills as necessary.
