A great place to train
We accept applications continuously throughout the year, with two graduate intakes for trainee chartered accountants in January and Autumn. As one of the 24 annual graduate trainees at Haysmacintyre LLP you will be part of training programme which provides:
First class work experience
The majority of training is within the audit division, where trainees gain exposure to a broad range of clients in a variety of sectors including large commercial enterprises, family owned businesses, entrepreneurs and not for profit organisations. Using our sophisticated e-Audit system and working with experienced auditors you will gain a comprehensive understanding of the technical and commercial aspects of the work.
Professional study support
We will offer you a training contract which will provide a comprehensive, supervised training programme. This includes a combination of professional tuition at external courses and internal technical training sessions. You will be assigned a manager as a mentor from day one and an open door policy to partners and senior staff for further guidance. You are the future of our firm which is why it is important for us to support you throughout your training contract.
Personal skills development
Our aim is to maximise your potential and give you responsibility as soon as possible. You will be given extensive client exposure early on to help gain invaluable first-hand experience across a large range of businesses.
Opportunities for advancement
We invest heavily in training and development of our staff, helping to achieve their aims and our business objectives. So when your training contract ends, we will continue to help you maximise your development. Our commitment to those we recruit is proven. We have several partners who were originally recruited through our graduate training programme. It is our intention to continue to enhance and develop the full potential of our business, to go from strength to strength. With this vision Haysmacintyre LLP wants to develop the very best graduates where we actively encourage career progression.
