Customer Involvement Officer Grade 7 (GBP27,335 - GBP29,708)


The main purpose of the post is to develop and deliver a wide variety of innovative and creative mechanisms for customers and communities to be proactively involved in giving feedback, shaping services and delivering community activities across Oldham.

The role will also be required to successfully support service areas across the organisation to review their policies, services and strategies in line with regulatory standards.

They positively encourage applications from disabled people, women, young people, Veterans and serving British regular or reserve Armed Forces Personnel, the LGBT community and the BME community.
