In this autonomous role, you will have the chance to shape the quality culture of their UK operations and help to maintain their reputation for excellence.

Your Role

As the Quality Manager, you will further improve and enhance our client’s quality strategy, including policies, processes, standards and systems.

As the UK’s source of expertise in the area of quality, you will also be a key part of our client's Global Quality team. You will perform a broad range of quality management activities, such as business planning, evaluating and implementing corrective/preventative actions and maintaining the company’s management system accreditation.

You will also:

- Make sure all aspects of the Quality Management System are effectively delivered across the organisation
- Carry out audits to ensure compliance
- Deliver quality training to employees to reduce risks and encourage a culture of strong business performance
- Liaise with the Global Quality Team on joint projects
- Spend approximately 30% of your role travelling to our client’s European offices

About You

To join our client as their Quality Manager, you will need:

- Quality management experience, ideally gained in a manufacturing organisation
- A working knowledge of best practice quality management techniques
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- The ability to effectively assess complex problems and deliver solutions
- Good communication skills
- The confidence and experience to act as the organisation’s expert for quality-related matters

Experience of working in an ISO 9001 controlled environment would be highly beneficial to your application.
