About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Housing Officer on a full time, permanent basis, to deliver a high quality housing management service, focussing on customer satisfaction and value for money. You will manage a patch and provide an excellent service to all GreenSquare customers regardless of tenure.
The Housing Officer is a key role within the Neighbourhood's structure. This post is front line and customer facing. You will report to team leaders and will be based in Chippenham, but will work in a defined geographical boundary within Wiltshire.
About you
It is essential that you have knowledge and experience of housing and tenancy law including succession; mutual exchange assignments and ending tenancies. You must also have knowledge and experience of dealing with ASB and a demonstrable record of delivering excellent customer service in a customer facing environment.
You must have 5 GCSEs/NVQ2 or vocabulary, verbal reasoning and numerical skills to the equivalent ability level, as well as a clean driving licence and use of a car for work purposes.
