Cambridgeshire Hearing Help is looking for a new Chief Executive Officer
We are looking for a new Chief Executive Officer to lead our charity through its next exciting phase of development. Founded in 1979, we have grown from strength to strength. We have a dedicated and passionate team of six Trustees, six part-time staff, and 120+ volunteers who support approximately 6,500 individuals with hearing loss per year, most of whom are aged 80+.
Applicants must have a passionate commitment towards improving the lives of people with hearing loss and a proven track record in financial management and delivering results at senior management level.
Type of contract: Permanent contract
Location: 153 St Neots Road, Hardwick, Cambridge, CB23 7QJ
Hours: 22.5 hours per week, which can be worked flexibly. We anticipate these hours increasing in line with potential future expansion/growth.
Salary: GBP21,000 per annum (GBP35,000 pro rata)
Employer pension contribution: 7% of salary
Annual leave entitlement: 25 days pro rata, increasing by 1 day per year after two years of service, to a maximum of 30 days pro rata
