We are looking for a motivated, driven individual to join their vibrant team as a Recruitment Resourcer on your NCR Team.
The environment is fast paced and requires someone who can deal with changing situations and who thrives on a challenge.
You will be required to work Monday - Friday, 8am - 5 pm (Temp- Ongoing)
Duties:
* The role involves sourcing new candidates, supporting consultants with arranging registrations, interviews and client meetings and advertising new vacancies.
* You will also be required to greet candidates into the building and answer queries, take telephone messages and answer the telephones and deal with queries accordingly.
* Advertise new roles on behalf of third party clients -Using online job and candidate boards to find new candidates
* General office administration,
* data entry,, filing
* Answering phones and taking messages
Required qualities and prior experience:
* Resourcing / administrative experience desirable
* Confident working within a team -Reacts well to change
* PC Literate -Enjoys a challenging, varied role
* -Impeccable time keeping
* Good customer service skills
* Ablility to meet KPi and Sla's
