Office Administrator (Supply Chain/Production Planning)

Salary GBP20 - 24K DOE
Our client is a well-established manufacturing brand that specialises in Glazing. In recognition of their strong brand and continued growth, we're recruiting for a Office Administrator with expereince in Supply Chain/Production Planning to join their vibrant team.
Their product range is varied and covers different industry needs. You'll become an integral part of the operation to ensure orders are completed on time. You'll need to have a flexible approach along with the ability to orchestrate a successful production process. You'll be experienced in working with key stakeholders, strong in character, demonstrate resilience to the challenges along with, a natural ability to influence decisions.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is established in their role but is looking for a greater challenge to grow your career further.
Schedule and plan the production of product from order to dispatch
Understand customer's orders and plan production based on requirements of the order
Production efficiency by working closely with Design and Purchasing
Update internal MRP system as required
Logistical planning and transportation
Quality Management
Manage sub-contractor processes/efficiencies
Manage supply chain
Support wider production team
The ideal candidate with have the following:
Strong administration skills
Experience of planning, supply chain and scheduling
Strong IT skills particularly with Excel, Word and MRP systems
Health & Safety awareness
Excellent Communicator
Self-Starter able to work independently and in a team
Driven and proactive
Hours; Mon - Fri
