Temp - Adviser (Immediate Start)
You will be working for a lovely charity based in West London within their adviser team, providing advice to older people, their families and those who care for them in England.
Start: Immediate for around 3 months'
Salary: GBP15.38ph with holiday pay
Working Hours: Monday - Friday (35 hours)
Key Duties:
Provide advice and support to members
Ensure all advice is delivered to agreed quality standards
Keep accurate records of all enquiries
Participate in regular supervision, file review and other quality checks as required
Maintain knowledge of legislative and regulatory frameworks
Follow agreed process for any complaints to ensure resolution
Ensure that issues raised are used to inform the wider work
Support the delivery of other services
Key Skills:
Relevant experience working in an advice role providing services to quality standards.
Strong customer service experience, ability to resolve problems and deal with queries in a proactive manner.
Proven telephone skills including the ability to quickly establish and build rapport
Good IT skills including Microsoft
Administration experience
