McDiarmid Whitmore are working on behalf of an international quick service restaurant business who are introducing their brand to the UK market and looking for experienced operators to run shifts in their new stores that are opening in the coming months.
They have ambitious plans for growth throughout the UK and Leicester will see a new store opening imminently.
We are looking for operators with drive and ambition who are up for the challenge of bringing this new brand to the UK market.
You will have experience and understanding of:
• First class customer service and managing relationships with customers
• Managing staff performance including motivating sales
• Leading by example and getting stuck in operationally when required
