The Head of Contract Performance will join our NHS team and work on a ground-breaking new initiative which will see The Prince's Trust work in partnership with health and social care organisations across England to be part of solving the health and social care workforce challenges and tacking youth unemployment by working with young people to secure careers in the health/care sector.

The Head of Contract Performance will play a key role in supporting the delivery of one of the largest initiatives in the Prince's Trust history. Through our NHS programme, business and government are co-investing GBP27 million into young people to give them the confidence and skills to become more prosperous citizens and part of a growing and inclusive economy.

This role is responsible for managing the NHS Contract Management team to ensure compliance with our Funding Agreement by working effectively across Operations, Fundraising and Finance in a proactive manner to maximise income, ensure compliance and raise awareness of our performance. This role manages the Contract Managers/Contract Executives and is key to ensuring that we have a motivated and highly effective Contract Management team to help support The Trust in meeting its strategic goals.

The successful candidate will require previous experience of managing public sector contracts from a funder recipient perspective along with strong proven project and contract management experience, including analytical skills and knowledge of documentary evidence requirements to support audit trails. A strong finance background is desirable. You will have experience in managing a team, remote management experience would be advantageous along with excellent communications skills, advanced planning and time management skills.
