Estates & Facilities Project Manager
From November 2019, we are looking to appoint an experienced Project Coordinator who will play a pivotal role in orchestrating and taking responsibility for a number of new and exciting building development and refurbishment projects across Cheltenham College.
The successful candidate will be proficient in liaising with various project stakeholders and monitoring projects to ensure they are delivered on time and on budget. In addition, we are looking for somebody with excellent interpersonal and managerial skills who is capable of using initiative and remaining calm under pressure.
This is a new role and the post holder, reporting to the Estates Bursar, will be part of the established Estates team.
Competitive salary and College Pension Scheme (available after completion of probationary period).
Lunch is available to staff during term time and employees have use of College gyms and sports facilities.
