Our client is looking for candidates who have had experience as an internal sales administrator that will support coordination inputting sales orders onto the system, dealing with customer queries, preparing quotations, invoicing and complying with company SOP KPI's.

Day to Day duties will include the following:
* To write and respond to, routine correspondence and answer ad hoc queries from customers in a timely manner;

* To act with autonomy - taking responsibility and initiative without the need for day-to-day direction.

* Manage the company's liaison with clients to facilitate a seamless process to ensure a positive client experience.

* Provide high touch customer service by building and maintaining client relationships, following departmental processes, and striving to identify continuous improvement opportunities.

* Providing cover for coordination whilst ensuring efficient utilisation of the work force

* Ensure invoices are raised correctly and company KPI's are met

* Data inputting, verifying and correcting data where necessary

* Assisting the other members of the coordination team when needed

* Compliance to company policies and group management systems

* Other ad-hoc tasks and projects as required to ensure the smooth running of the coordination office

* Maintaining customer databases - sales prices and addresses

As a person you will need the following qualities and experience:
Essential

* Computer literate and Microsoft Office experience
* Enthusiastic and a good team player
* Ability to work quickly whilst maintaining high levels of accuracy
* Experienced in data entry with a keen eye for detail
* Confident with the ability to communicate at all levels, via phone and email.
* Good customer service skills
