ENGIE are recruiting for a Resourcing Business Partner to be based at No 1 Leeds, 26 Whitehall Rd, Leeds LS12 1BE. This is a permanent full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.
General Overview:
Engie are recruiting for a Resourcing Business Partner to support the overall delivery of resourcing activity into aligned business area. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day to day workload allocation for a team and to act as an initial point of escalation.
Key Accountabilities:
* Manage & drive the delivery of all resourcing activity within their aligned business area or hub.
* Motivate, manage and inspire a team of Resourcing Business partners to ensure resourcing are delivering a truly proactive and value add service in the delivery of Engie employees.
* Work with the Head of Resourcing and Deputy Head of Resourcing to ensure that team are translating workforce plans into meaningful external engagement plans.
* Adopt a pragmatic approach with the ability to work within defined processes whilst helping achieve the individual needs of the business units.
* Assist in driving our key programmes around hiring experience, Inclusion and sourcing capability.
* Become true market experts bringing data and insights to the conversation to drive resourcing decision making.
* Driving business and wider stakeholder engagement through training and workshops to encourage compliance and appreciation of the true value that resourcing can bring.
Required Qualifications, Skills or Experience:
* Experience of managing and motivating a small team of recruiters.
* Extensive 360-degree in-house recruiting experience within Energy, District Heating or Facilities Management environment.
* Demonstrable track record in creating direct sourcing strategies that support complex/niche hiring needs and driving a hiring process that drives high quality outcomes.
* A trusted advisor who advocates and educates their business to adopt Engie's recruitment strategies, assessment/selection processes and philosophy.
* Ability to manage and own small programmes of work outside of BAU operational resourcing.
* Familiarity with traditional and modern candidate sourcing methods with a strong focus on how best to target and engage the talent of the future.
