As Senior Guest Service Executive you will:

* Respond to pre and post travel enquires & correspondence from guests through multiple channels

* Provide support to the team-leader and customer services manager with junior members of the team

* Deputise for the team-leader in their absence and when appropriate

* Ensure the customer service teams achieve the required high standards

* Organising and coordinating work loads

* Deal with escalated enquiries and feedback

* Investigate and resolve all complaints to achieve the best possible outcome

* Provide information which is 100% accurate and which addresses 100% of the customers questions during each contact

* Identify potential problems relating to customer service and proactively work to find solutions to enhance experience

As Senior Guest Service Executive you will have:

* Previous experience of working in a customer service environment

* Ideally some team leading experience

* Strong customer service and people skills with a desire to exceed expectations

* Experience of dealing with and resolving complaints

* Excellent communications skills, written and interpersonal

* Good organisational, planning and prioritising skills

* Ability to build rapport quickly and empathise with a customer

* Ability to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines

* Ability to remain calm and patient under pressure
