Being a senior point of contact for both your clients and your team, you'll understand the importance of a clear message and not getting things lost in translation. After all, it saves you from panic picking up the pieces when something falls through.

Having everything ticking over perfectly and managing it from start to finish means you'll not be scrambling when you forgot to put the jam in your Victoria sponge. You'll have already planned which supplier it's coming from, how much you need, when it needs to go on and ensured that it was as delicious as you were promised.

For this one, it's important that you have experience of conference production, delegate management and live events (like awards ceremonies, exhibitions, board meetings, product launches).
