CRM Data Consultant (L2)
This is a fantastic opportunity to join EY as a Consultant in our CRM Complex Queries Support Team. The role sits within UKI Markets which is at the heart of EY's ambitious growth strategy. The team is responsible for working with our clients and EY colleagues to maintain and improve EY's brand, develop new and innovative ways of addressing and connecting with client issues as well as to identify and coach new revenue opportunities
The Opportunity:
The Consultant sits in the Transformation team and will support the CRM Data Manager, reporting into the Head of Transformation.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Mercury - CRM
- Provide support to the CRM Data Manager in working through complex Customer Relationship Management (CRM) queries from the Finance Mercury Support Team, ensuring that all queries/escalations are seen through to resolution.
- Subject Matter Expert of the Mercury CRM system (C4C/OnPremise), with sound knowledge of how the Marketing components of the system integrate with CRM.
- Good level of knowledge of policies and guidance for local UK&I/FS Mercury systems use.
- Ensure data is accurately captured in our systems, leading the on-going review of data quality.
- Support the CRM Data Manager in roll-outs/implementations of future Mercury system enhancements and changes, including; data quality and governance, communications to stakeholders and training of end-users.
- Have a 'continuous improvement' mindset and approach to tasks and provide suggestions on what can be streamlined/improved for increased efficiencies. For example, working collaboratively with the Transformation team to identify opportunities where technology (eg. automation) can improve current processes.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with wider stakeholder group; Markets Transformation team, Finance teams (including Finance Mercury Support Team) and UK&I and FS Mercury end-users.
- Build a network with peers within Global and deployed countries, to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Provide reporting and ad-hoc data requests to the CRM Data Manager when required.
- Work collaboratively and effectively with the off-shore team to support on query resolution.
Skills and Attributes for Success:
- Skilled at problem-solving and providing first-line support to end-users on query resolution.
- A self-starter who is confident to bring forward ideas and suggestions on process improvements/efficiencies.
- A quick learner who can navigate queries and issues independently.
- Attention to detail skills are essential.
- Ability to build relationships and effectively communicate across all levels.
- Experienced in working autonomously and as part of a busy team, delivering to deadlines.
- Skilled at juggling multiple priorities with multiple stakeholders.
- Intermediate Excel skills.
To qualify for the Role you must have:
- Experience in supporting systems end-users in a query resolution and problem solving capacity.
- Experience in working with and navigating operations/CRM/financial systems.
- Experience of working within an account/sales operations environment (or similar).
- Experience in working with financial/numerical data sets, including reporting.
Ideally, you'll also have:
- SAP operating systems knowledge
