Recruitment Advisor - 12 Month FTC - Central Bristol - Part Time

We have an exciting fixed term opportunity for a Recruitment Advisor to join a growing professional services business in central Bristol. This is an initial 12 month fixed term maternity cover contract. This position is available on a full or part time basis.

The purpose of this role is to provide an effective and high quality recruitment service across the organisation with a focus on direct sourcing and stakeholder engagement. You will support key stakeholders at all levels with specialist recruitment advice and guidance.

We are looking for a resourcing specialist with a least 3 years' experience gained within an in-house, RPO or agency direct sourcing function. This is a fast paced and high volume role therefore candidates with exposure of delivering high volumes of live vacancies within a time pressured environment are highly sought after. Experience of recruiting for a professional services provider would be beneficial but is not essential.

Required Knowledge and Skills:

• Proven experience of managing the full end to end recruitment life cycle within an in-house, RPO or agency environment.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proactive and organised approach with the ability to deliver against deadlines.
