We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Marketing Manager to join an established, high performing team to support ongoing Company growth. The role holder will create an annual marketing plan and develop effective marketing campaigns to support business and sector objectives, focusing on measurement and ROI.
Working with sector leads (including Retail, Commercial and other stakeholders) they will develop compelling marketing campaigns that support business growth objectives. They will manage the brand, visual identity and adherence to guidelines and identify opportunities to increase external promotion and awareness of the Essar brand. Both B2B and B2C experience are essential.
Our ideal candidate should have a relevant degree, or equivalent and a CIM qualification is desired. They will need to demonstrate success in delivering innovative multi-channel marketing campaigns and have experience of managing and developing a small team. Good negotiation skills and a knowledge of product marketing are required. Enthusiastic, highly motivated and a self-starter, the individual must have the ability to influence and engage at all levels of the organisation. Comfortable with both strategy and detailed delivery, they will need to function effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects.
