Salary: £20,706 - £24,019 + excellent benefits

Contract Type: Permanent, Full time, 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

We are recruiting for a Trainer Facilitator to join our South Devon Marine Academy to instruct/facilitate learning for students enrolled on a range of programmes as assigned by the Section Head. You will be required to assess students as appropriate by formal or informal method as required by external examining bodies and internal procedures.

The ideal candidate will have RYA instructor qualifications and a Level 3 Marine Engineering qualification or equivalent. You will have experience within a marine role, preferably with sailing and/or engineering background/ boatbuilding. You will work as part of a team contributing to student developments.
