Customer Service Representative

What we are looking for:-
We are seeking experienced, motivated and enthusiastic customer service professionals to become part of our busy customer services team based in Rickmansworth.

Excellent communication, numerical and ICT skills are essential, together with a proven ability to deliver a high standard of customer service. You will need to have the ability to deal effectively with people from a range of backgrounds on the telephone in our Call Centre, and face-to-face with visitors to the Council’s offices.

You will need to be flexible to work shifts across our opening hours of 8.30am–5.30pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am-5.00pm Friday.

Starting salary of £22,911
