Giraffe Cleaning Company are looking to recruit experienced cleaners for new and existing projects across the Manchester & surrounding areas. Operatives must be reliable, flexible, hardworking, trustworthy and have the ability to work independently or as part of a small team. Candidates must possess a great attention to detail and continually thrive to achieve high standards of work

 Salary £17,000 - £20,000 per annum DOE  

The role will involve:

Cleaning and preparing buildings for client handovers upon completion of refurbishment works

• Internal builders cleaning of commercial properties and new homes
• Final sparkle cleaning of commercial properties and new homes ready for client handover
• De-taping of internal and external windows, doors patios, kitchens and toilets
• General cleaning of toilets, kitchens, meeting rooms and open plan office spaces
• Occasion jet washing
• Window cleaning, both traditional and the high reach system
• Be able to operate various cleaning machines including carpet cleaning and floor machines (full training will be provided)
• Travel to various sites during a typical working week

You will need:

• A valid CSCS Card
• A full driving licence
• IPAF and PASMA training would be beneficial, but not essential as this would be provided.
• A minimum of 1 years’ relevant experience to be considered for the role
• Previous experience within the fit-out and/or build clean environment
