The opening has arisen for a Conveyancing Paralegal/Legal Assistant to handle exchange and completion matters which will include; SDLT forms; completion statements/bills; Land Registry applications; completion paperwork including redeeming mortgages, forwarding completion documentation, serving Notices (leasehold) and checking ledgers prior to file closure.
Candidate specification:
*Paralegal or Legal Assistant with Residential Conveyancing experience
*Have experience handling exchange and completion matters
*Have first class attention to detail, be able to work to tight deadlines and have excellent client care skills
