Financial Planning Support Manager
Overseeing an IFA support team, you will report to the management team on matters that might affect the business and their clients, and the overall productivity of the team and individuals within it.
Due to the seniority of the position, my client is looking for someone that has worked in a financial planning or a wealth management environment previously and understands the needs and requirements of an FCA regulated financial planning firm, but also the needs and requirements of Advisors.
The role will require you to manage workflow, time management and competency of the support team therefore, you will need to understand all support functions enough to support, advise and train and coach where and when required.

Key Skills/Experience Required:
My client is looking for someone with the diploma in financial planning or a minimum of the certificate in financial planning. Having qualifications will allow you to lead by example when it comes to coaching and developing others.
You'll need to have a strong understanding of the financial planning process, knowledge of financial products and services from the Whole of the Market and be aware of compliance requirements so as to ensure that all of the support team adheres to strict policies and procedures.
The salary on offer is negotiable along with a benefits package and can be discussed during the application stage.
