A growing company based in Witham are looking to recruit a member of staff to work independently to assemble and quality inspect large electro-mech products from both prototype and existing. You will also support designers by feeding back information regarding assembly issues and faults. Skills required include wiring, assembly, quality control. interested read on
Responsibilities
Wiring and assembly of bespoke systems and equipment proto-types.
Assisting the Production Manager in the planning and execution of production tasks.
Assistance to Engineering with development/proto-typing of products/systems.
Assisting with quality control of goods inwards/outwards, including monitoring and improvement of suppliers and internal processes.
Assistance with/supervision of on-site assembly tasks.
The role is expected to require involvement in a wide range of varied
Skills required
Educated to HNC/HND level in a relevant technical subject (or equivalent)
Good motor skills and the ability to do fine assembly
A keen interest and enthusiasm for participating in the full production life-cycle of a product
Ability to read and carefully follow instructions
Team player with a positive, 'can-do' approach to problem solving
