We are delighted to offer a fantastic opportunity to work as an Instructional Designer, with a excellent educational company, who is transforming learning in schools through their innovative app.

This responsibilities of the Instructional Designer role will include writing and shaping the content delivered through the platform, devising the resources and ensuring that the tailored feedback to answers is worded correctly, as well as working on the designs for the questions ensuring that layout and ordering are correct, editing, feeding back to authors and essentially ensuring that there is progression and the content produces the educational outcomes needed.

It would be advantageous to have previous experience as an Instructional Designer, with the ability to write instructional content using the correct style and language, as well as knowledge of the educational sector and primary school curriculum, however extensive or strong editorial experience will also be considered. Fantastic grammar, spelling and attention to detail will be required and an understanding of the editorial, peer review process.

This role will require someone who is confident in author management skills, a collaborative team player, and a driven, conscientious individual who wants to make a difference to childrens' learning and educational standards, through the work they are producing.
