ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT & RECEPTIONIST

Scale 5 - 6 (actual £15,730 - £16,265.36 pa)

37 hours per week (Term Time only plus 1 week) 

Are you highly efficient, organised, professional and thrive on working in a pressured environment? We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced admin assistant and receptionist who will be required to provide office administration to a high standard in addition to carrying out busy reception duties. The successful candidate will need to be reliable, flexible and well organised, they must also be able to work efficiently in a dynamic school environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to adopt a calm approach and welcoming manner are essential for this role.

Other essential attributes for the role include excellent ICT skills (including word processing) experience of using Microsoft Office and the ability to able to work effectively as part of a team.

It is not essential to have worked in a school setting, however previous experience of working with children and young people is essential as is a desire to want to make a difference.

Previous experience of SIMS knowledge would be advantageous.
