This is a full time, permanent role.
Our client, based in Marlow, is looking for an Account Manager to provide a full end to end strategic account management service to key partners. You will ultimately be responsible for the overall profitability and development of these partnerships and will professionally promote the products, services and values of the company.
Key Duties include:
* Pro-actively selling the company's portfolio of mobile devices and associated products and services to specific key channel partners
* Professional account management of existing accounts encompassing the full portfolio of their value add portfolio of products and services
* Gaining a full and comprehensive knowledge of key partner's business models
* Developing and delivering regular account reviews and business development meeting plans
* Identifying, targeting and selling to new accounts
* Achieving monthly/quarterly unit, revenue and gross profit targets
* Producing consistent meeting review documentation and development plans
* Developing strong and multi-level relationships with all key partners
* Developing comprehensive short and medium term business pipeline plans for all partners
* Pro-actively promoting internal and external promotional marketing campaigns and activity
* Working effectively as part of the overall sales function to achieve group targets and objectives
* Liaising in a professional manner with other internal business functions
* Any other duties as required
* Customer meetings when required
Special Requirements:
* Self-driven, results-orientated with a positive outlook and a clear focus on driving new business
* A "get up and go" attitude, confidence being on the telephone and equally happy to present face-to-face where required (you must not be afraid of rejection)
* A natural forward planner who critically assesses their own performance
* Reliable, tolerant and determined
* Empathic communicator who is able to see things from another person's point of view
* Well-presented and business like
* Ability to thrive under high pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Good sense of humour
* Sufficiently mobile and flexible to travel within the UK
