Salary: GBP24,000 - 30,000 depending on experience
We have an exciting opportunity for a Property Services Trainer/Industry Professional ( full training will be given) to join the Babington team in the Kingston upon Thames area. Industry professionals can apply as we will offer the relevant training.
As a Trainer you will plan and deliver vocational programmes whilst creating a positive, safe learning environment to support learners to achieve their full potential. You will act as a subject matter specialist to ensure our learners are given a first-class training experience.
The successful candidate for this role will have experience in Property Management
Key Responsibilities
Provide inspirational tuition, support and guidance to learners throughout their learning journey, helping them to progress, achieve and reach their potentialApply effective classroom management and workplace learning methods to provide inspirational and innovative learning episodes and engagements with learnersConduct and interpret detailed skills gap analysis with learners to accurately identify learners starting points, prior achievements and experienceAccurately construct and maintain all learner documentation to reflect learner's characteristics, meet quality standards and funding complianceManage data relating to individual learner targets including working with other colleagues to ensure the onward progression of learnersPlan effective visits with employers and learners to ensure a thorough understanding of learning programme, delivery schedule, qualifications and progressionFacilitate virtual classroom sessions, learning forums and other scheduled online activities, embedding relevant contentAdequately support and prepare learners for End Point Assessment and testing for associated vocational areaPositively support the progression of learner's personal development, behaviour and welfare throughout their learning programmesPromote and embed Equality and Diversity, Safeguarding, British Values, Prevent and Health and Safety to all learning sessions
Role Requirements
Essential
Experience of working in residential sales and lettingsGrade A-C GCSE in English and maths or equivalentExperience of successfully achieving deadlines and working without close supervision
Desirable
Level 3 Award in Education & Training (or equivalent) teaching qualification or willingness to acquire oneCAVA (or equivalent) Assessors qualificationExperience of liaising with employers and external agencies
