An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Officer to join our client's Assets Sales department, and wider Development and Sales team based at their Peterborough office.

The Role

As an Asset Sales Officer you will:

Ensure a customer centric sales service is delivered to all customers, across their Asset Sales function, including sales of their extensive leasehold and private rented portfolios.

Work in partnerships with the wider team, internal and external stakeholders, as well as Agents and Partners to ensure an efficient sales service from initial enquiry to occupancy, making sure sales are delivered to agreed targets, SLAs and timescales.

About You

Their ideal candidate will possess knowledge of Property Sales, and will have ideally worked in the Housing sector previously.

They are looking for Asset Sales Officer’s that can:

  • Offer a ‘heartfelt sales service’, affording would-be customers advice and guidance through the process of purchasing or selling their homes.
  • ‘Own it’ by doing what they say they’re going to do with pride and passion
  • ‘Push the Boundaries’ by striving to innovate their asset sales service, implementing strategies to ensure sales are delivered within target and given timescales.

As a housing developer they have a program to deliver 1,000 new homes a year over the next 10 years, so if you want to be at the forefront of change and innovation at an exciting time for their business and truly want to make a difference, they look forward to meeting you!
