The Blind Pig is a local gem of Monton Village; somewhere to relax, work, grab a coffee or bite to eat, or unwind with friends in the evening - there's something to satisfy everyone. We are looking for a Chef to join our team full time to continue the success of the pub by delivering delicious meals for our guests!
- Cook food in a timely manner and to Company specification
- Consistently deliver outstanding levels of service and ensure that the needs of each individual guest are met
- Ensure all stock management processes are followed including; delivery, storage, stock rotation and ordering
- Adhere to all Licensing, Health and Safety and Food Safety regulations
- Support the opening and closing of the kitchen in line with Company processes as required
Requirements
- Previous experience in Chef role
- Hands-on experience with various kitchen equipment
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent time management
- Up-to-date knowledge of cooking techniques and recipes
- Familiarity with sanitation regulations
