Our fantastic international law firm client is currently looking for an Executive Assistant to provide the highest level of executive support to a group of Directors. This role will be extremely busy and challenging and the client is looking for bright pro-active candidates who can hit the ground running and stay ahead of the curve. The main duties for this role include developing and maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of the core business and the responsibilities of the group of Directors, understanding priorities, potential issues, sensitivities and key stakeholders and practically apply this knowledge to support the Directors across a range of activities, act as the key liaison point between the business and the Directors and take full responsibility for handling incoming queries/issues. Assess, prioritise and follow up requests and actions, whilst managing expectations, detailed preparation and submission of Director team meeting agendas, attendance at team meetings to take minutes and circulation of minutes and action points, providing effective mailbox management on behalf of the Directors and ensure a stringent filing protocol is in place; screen communications to act as a gatekeeper, draft emails and correspondence where appropriate; ensure all requests are followed up in an accurate and timely manner and escalated when necessary, extensive meeting arrangements (some of which are large scale, complex and with an international link) and ensuring the group of Directors are fully briefed and prepared in advance of meetings with all necessary documentation and details. Ensure proper follow-up after all meetings to ensure actions are properly recorded and dealt with as appropriate, arranging lunches, dinners and events, including reviewing venues where appropriate and ensuring budgets are adhered to, occasional running of firm wide Business Services projects on behalf of the group of Directors and liaise with service departments regarding impact and success of project, act as an integral member of the management team; maintains a high level of awareness of current priorities and support required, provide support to the wider team and Managing Partner's EA, streamlining and distributing administrative tasks and managing resources in order to provide an effective and efficient service, supporting projects and work streams; manage delivery of tasks to timescales. All candidates must have previous high-level Executive Assistant experience within a professional services environment is required
