Are you an experienced Town Planner seeking new opportunities in Essex?
Have you completed an RTPI accredited degree?
Can you demonstrate your previous working experience within the Public or Private sector?
We are seeking a Town Planner in West Thurrock to join a Planning Practice who specialise in Holiday parks across the UK.
Requirements:
Educated to degree level in Town Planning
Ideally be actively working towards MRTPI
Hold previous planning experience in the Private or Public sector
Have an excellent understanding of the planning systemThe role:
Assist in reviewing the history of prospective development sites
Undertake planning applications and appeals
Liaise with Local Authorities
Apply for Planning permission or certifications of lawful developmentSuccessful applicants will be heavily involved in the development of the Town Planning team and work on a range of holiday park development projects across the UK.
