Commercial Insurance Account Executive
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Account Executive to join our team as we look to continue the successes we have gained.
Your duties will include:
* Undertake sales activities ensuring delivery of sales and marketing targets, using your own previous experience and initiative you will seek your own clients.
* Working under minimal supervision you will be responsible for the delivery of your own sales and business performance targets.
* Identify and deliver appropriate marketing campaigns
* Visiting clients for new business and renewals
* Negotiating new and renewal premiums with clients
* Providing data for management reports when required
* Attending training courses and seminars
* Working closely with other members of our commercial teams to ensure smooth running of the department/company
* You will work closely with our Director to ensure you are obtaining the best cover and premium which is suitable for the client.
* Providing administrative support to other areas of the company where required Key Skills/Experience Required
* Experience within the Commercial Insurance Industry is Required (Minimum 2 Years)
* 2 years of previous experience working for an Insurance Broker.
* Self-motivated and organised individual
* Driving Licence required
This role would suit an Experienced Account or Development Executive, or someone with excellent commercial insurance experience, who can demonstrate they have the required sales and service skills to step into this type of role
* CII qualifications is essential for this role. Diploma would be advantageous but not essential. In return you can expect a competitive basic salary along with a comprehensive benefits package, company car and very attractive commission structure.
