This company are recruiting for multiple Assembly Operatives to join their expanding and developing team. This Assembly Operative role is much coveted and is rarely available. In this position, you will be assembling and picking various standards of units, from pre-fabricated parts, whilst ensuring you adhere to the standard specifications. The starting salary for this role is GBP17500 per annum, this will increase drastically after a probationary period, when you will be placed on a salary and training matrix. This is a Monday to Friday role, and your working week will be 39 hours, based on 8.30am - 17.00pm.
Assembly Operatives in this company will have a varied day, as they will have multiple duties and responsibilities to completes. These include but are no way limited to assembling floor/wall units, fitting buffer pads, continuously quality checking products, using electronic scanners and packing product ready for dispatch.
