The Junior Marketing Executive Role:

Reporting into the Marketing Director, EMEA, this Marketing Executive position will co-ordinate and implement marketing activity for Italy and Netherlands. They will focus on lead generation, winning business in chosen segments and communicating core product messages, as well as sales support and day-to-day marketing operations.

Responsibilities:

+ Marketing implementation based on a portfolio of template of marketing assets
+ Checking agency generated localization of template materials
+ Budget management
+ Project Management - owning and delivering marketing projects on brief, on budget and on time
+ Market analysis and product research
+ Generating reports
+ Communication with local Business Manager and sales reps and other departments.
+ Regular infield trips to facilities and customers
+ Analysis and measurement of all activity

About You:

+ Marketing or business-related degree
+ Fluent Italian and excellent spoken and written English. Dutch language highly desirable.
+ Interest in health and fitness (preferably knowledge of gym environment)
+ Excellent communication and organisational skills
+ Use of CRM system, such as salesforce.com
+ Good grammar, punctuation and spelling
+ Fully computer literate

Experience Required:

+ Digital marketing activity including database management and use of CRM system
+ 2-3 years B2B marketing experience with emphasis on
- Generating web traffic
- Developing content for web, social and email
- Production of marketing collateral
+ Copywriting and proofreading
+ Agency liaison / management
