Relief Support Worker

Creative Support is a national not-for-profit organization which is looking to recruit warm and person centred individuals in your area to provide the highest standards to service users with support needs. With a strong history of over twenty years in helping individuals with a wide range of needs to live independent and fulfilling lives, we ensure that our clients enjoy opportunities for personal development and engaging within their local communities.

As part of this commitment we require dedicated, motivated and warm individuals to provide care to individuals with a range of learning disabilities within the Blackburn and wider East Lancashire area. You will work with the people we support to promote healthy living and independence.

Previous experience within a care role is an essential requirement for this relief based role, successful applicants must attend mandatory induction training courses to begin this role. Car drivers for this role are desirable.
