The Digital Marketing Analyst - EMEA

Reporting into the Marketing Director, EMEA, the Digital Marketing Analyst will review data across multiple touch points and make recommendations for marketing implementation across the EMEA marketing organsiation. They will focus on interpreting lead generation data. In addition, they will work across departments to ensure systems are in place to deliver effective marketing.

Job Functions:

Data Interpretation:


+ What are the key findings from dash board reports
+ What are the underlying trends
+ What marketing actions should local GTM teams implement
+ Which actions are proving to be the most effective

Data Management:

+ Guide and enable marketing and growth teams to measure data that matters and track KPI in dashboards
+ Work across departments to ensure data reports are available and can be leveraged in a meaningful way
+ Work with Operations, Vendor companies and GTM marketing teams to ensure consistent delivery of data (Ensure the numbers are collected and reported accurately)
+ Explore new tools to build efficiency

Main Areas You'll Work on:

+ Web site traffic drivers especially SEO and Paid search (Paid search managed externally)
+ Web site conversion especially who converts and their journey to conversion
+ Opt-in levels
+ Email segmentation
+ Comparative opportunity cost of the various marketing channels
+ Set up and conduct online experiments to test hypotheses and optimise marketing spend
+ Support AB and/or MVT Testing

About You:

+ Bachelors degree required
+ Minimum 4 years providing insights from marketing data
+ Experience in collaborating with teams across B2B go-to-market organisations
+ Knowledge of Bizible, GA, Salesforce.com and Pardot preferred

Knowledge of:

+ Bizible attribution modelling
+ Google Analytics and SEO experience
+ PPC
+ Conversion rate optimisation (CRO) software experience
+ Pardot and SFDC
+ Hootsuite

Your Background / Previous Roles May Include:
Digital Data Analyst, Marketing Insight Analyst, Marketing Analytics Analyst, Performance Marketing Analyst.
