Assessment Day Week Commencing 29th July
Great opportunity for a Personal Injury Claims Handler to join a highly successful Claims Management company based in Ipswich.
You will be required to proactively pursue economic, early resolution of all claims to reduce the average claim life.
Key Duties
• Liaise with Clients regarding settlement of complex/high value cases
• Maintain post and diary within the agreed internal KPI
• Ensure accurate reserves are placed on all cases so that the Clients
have reliable MI with which to measure their potential exposure
• Act as a point of contact for the Client
• Challenge current work procedures and recommend process
improvement or development
Skills required
• Competent in MOJ Personal Injury, Third Party Property Damage and
Loss Recovery claims processes
• Good standard of education
• MS Office
• A good understanding of business and the key revenue streams
