About the role

Sense have a fantastic opportunity for a Database Assistant to join our Engagement team at our London Head Office. This diverse and fast paced role will involve working on multiple data imports and other tasks simultaneously to meet tight deadlines.

The main focus of this role will be to maintain accurate data on Sense's Engagement CRM (currently The Raiser's Edge) so that the Engagement team can liaise with their supporters in a timely and effective manner. This will include importing of data from third parties and websites, data selections for marketing and fundraising activity.

You will excel in this role if you have a firm understanding of data integrity. This role will allow you to utilise and develop your database skills. In addition, you will have the ability to translate technical information for a non-technical audience. This will lay the foundations for you to build successful working relationships across the organisation.

It would be great if you have a working knowledge of database tables and architecture as well as demonstrable experience of using a fundraising database; ideally the Raiser's Edge. We would like to hear from you if you have experience of using a relational database, as well as evidence working with contact or financial data.
