The Role:

In this role you will manage the delivery the Customer Access and Experience Programme, making sure projects are delivered to time and achieve desired outcomes.  You will also be instrumental in making sure all new projects are informed by business insight and resident feedback to support the delivery of the Business Plan.   

 

The ideal candidate will place customers at the forefront of everything they do and be skilled in working collaboratively to effect change. If you have a strong service improvement ethic coupled with experience in project and programme management they’d like to hear from you.
